Spiritual Practices Retreat Hosted by CoCreation at Wesley Gardens
What is a spiritual practices retreat? This is a time to take a break from the frenetic pace of life and overwhelming responsibilities. There is nothing expected of you on this retreat; simply come prepared to rest.
Spiritual Director Christian Swails will provide guidance regarding resting well, but this is a space where you can remember how to BE a human BEing, not a human doing. Consider this an invitation to pause from being a human doing and learn some practices that will help you continue to rest in your normal, every-day life.
