Annual Pledges

Notifying the church of your intent to tithe through an annual pledge helps the church plan for a responsible budget for the year; but, more importantly, it is an expression of your thanks, praise, and stewardship.

We invite you to turn in an estimate of giving card as a reminder of your prayerful commitment and to assist us in being good stewards of your gifts to our church and mission to serve others in Jesus’ name.

If you prefer to submit your estimate of giving electronically, you may complete the form online.

Endowments

This Permanent Endowment Fund was set up years ago to provide for the maintenance of the 429 Abercorn property by using only the interest earned from the Permanent Endowment Fund Corpus Principal.

Memorials & Honorariums

Designated memorials and honorariums are posted to a specific account or fund as designated by the contributor. If the account or fund is not clearly designated, the amount given for the memorial will be deposited into the Permanent Endowment Fund.

Stock Transfers

Please call the church office and ask to speak to Tom Anderson (Financial Manager) or Jimmy Flowers (Church Administrator) about sending stock to our brokerage account.

Bequests

Please call the church office and ask to speak to Tom Anderson or Jimmy Flowers about including the church in your will or if you are the executor of an estate for someone who has listed Wesley Monumental UMC as the recipient of a bequest.

Save Our Sanctuary Campaign

On the evening of Monday, July 21, a section of our sanctuary ceiling broke loose and fell, causing significant damage. Thankfully, nobody was in the sanctuary at the time. We are now engaged in the costly and time-consuming process of removing the entire sanctuary ceiling, including the damaged portion, and restoring the sanctuary.

Give online through PushPay by choosing “Give One Time” then selecting “Sanctuary Ceiling Repair” as the fund.
You may also write a check with “Sanctuary Ceiling Repair” in the memo line.
Thank you for your generosity.

As you give, consider tithing of your time by participating in any of our ongoing volunteer opportunities.
