Wesley Gardens Retreat Center
Located on the banks of the Moon River, Wesley Gardens Retreat Center is our second campus. We use it most often during the summer for gatherings on Sunday evenings for food, friendship, and worship.
Our Children’s Ministry also uses the campus for various activities such as Easter celebrations, Summer Fun Daze, Vacation Bible School, and more!

All are welcome and encouraged to visit Wesley Gardens Retreat Center. Whether you spend time enjoying the trails, taking part in a daytime retreat, or engaging with one of the many spiritual resources on site, it’s the perfect place to encounter quiet and God’s peaceful presence.
Summer Sunday Evenings at Wesley Gardens
During the summer (June through August), all are invited to enjoy a gathering and meal at Wesley Gardens Retreat Center on Moon River. No reservations are needed; just come out and enjoy a relaxed evening of worship and fellowship. Take a look at the schedule, and make plans to be there!

Fourth Friday Retreats
Fourth Friday of Each Month
8:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Coffee and tea is provided at the Memory Garden Gazebo at 8:45 a.m., then participants move to the chapel for a guided prayer retreat beginning at 9 a.m. There is time for group prayer, Lectio Divina (meditation on Scripture), discussion, and time for individual reflection. Please bring your own lunch.
Spiritual Direction
By Appointment
Spiritual Direction is an ancient practice of the church whereby a trained director meets with an individual to listen, pray, and watch for ways the Spirit may be at work in one’s life. Wesley Gardens Retreat Center’s on-staff Spiritual Director, Christian Swails, is available for appointments.

Please feel free to come as you are. Sunday evenings at Wesley Gardens are casual.
Are children allowed at Wesley Gardens?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your children to enjoy worship at Wesley Gardens as well.
May I go to Wesley Gardens during the week?
Yes! We would love for you to enjoy the grounds. There is a deep-water dock, a prayer labyrinth, a playground, many beautiful trails, and much more at Wesley Gardens. Before you visit, please call 912-777-2863 or email hello@wesleygardensretreat.com to let them know you’ll be there.
