Wesley Monumental is truly blessed to have the Wesley Gardens Retreat Center as a part of our property. During the summer when the days are long, we gather on the banks of Moon River for a time of food, fellowship, and worship.
The evening begins at 5:30 with dinner at the Big House, usually provided by one of our Sunday School classes. Reservations are not necessary, but we ask that each person give $3 to help cover the food costs. At 6:30, we move into the Chapel for worship.
Sunday evenings at the Gardens are more laid-back than our morning services, with hymns requested on the spot, a time for personal testimonies, prayer, and a sermon. Dress is very casual. We conclude by 7:30. While many children eat dinner with their families, a nursery is provided during both dinner and worship time.
