Wednesday Night Suppers

(September through mid-May)
Wednesday Nights at Wesley are a time of great food and fellowship, with everyone from grandparents to little kids joining in the fun! Not only does our Director of Hospitality provide a wonderful meal, but there are also many programs that provide a chance for the congregation to deepen themselves spiritually.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SCHEDULE

4:45 p.m.    Nursery opens (ages 0-3 years)
5:00 p.m.    Coffee is available
5:30 p.m.    Serving line open
6:00 p.m.    Children's Choirs begin (Joyful Noise, Novice Choristers, and Junior Choristers)
6:30 p.m.    Adult Program begins
6:30 p.m.    Youth meet off-site for Dinner & Bible Study
7:00 p.m.    Children's Choirs Adult Program ends
7:15 p.m.    Adult Chancel Choir meets on the 4th floor

Types of reservations

• Permanent reservations put you on the list for every Wednesday unless you call by 1:00 P.M. on the preceding Monday to cancel your reservation for the week.
• Week-by-week reservations need to be made by 1:00 P.M. on the preceding Monday

How do I make a reservation?

•    Call church office, 232-0191 or;
•    Fill out a yellow reservation slip found in your pew and place it in the offering plate
•    Send an email to: daphne@wesleymonumental.org
